ORDERING Orders are accepted via our secure shopping cart.
When placing your order payment must be submitted via PayPal.
Most orders ship within 2 - 21business days of receipt.
We will not cancel, credit or issue a refund for any portion of an order,
please keep this timeline in mind when placing your order.
If you need your order by a certain date please contact us first
and we will be happy to quote you a ship date prior to placing your order.
BACK-ORDERED AND/OR OUT OF STOCK ITEMS
We try very hard to keep our current inventory of ribbon and bows updated;
however if a particular ribbon is out of stock we will issue a refund for that item.
SHIPPING All orders are shipped via USPS.

RETURNS We want you to be happy with your purchase.
We do not offer refunds unless products are grossly misrepresented.
