Due to the handmade nature of all products, orders ship within 14 business days of receipt.
NOTE: During sales and specials orders ship within 3-4 weeks of receipt.
We will not cancel, credit or issue a refund for any portion of an order due to production times, please keep this timeline in mind when placing your order.
If you need your order by a certain date please contact us first and we will be happy to quote you a ship date prior to placing your order.
When ordering "choose your own color" items....
You MUST include your color choices for each item, if a color choice is not given a refund will be issued for that item.
BACK-ORDERED AND/OR OUT OF STOCK ITEMS
We try very hard to keep our current inventory of ribbon and supplies updated; in the rare occurence a particular ribbon/supply is out of stock a refund will be issued for that item.

RETURNS
We want you to be happy with your purchase.
Please contact us within 3 days of receiving your purchase if there is an issue with your purchase. At this time we will gladly offer a refund or exchange upon return of your items.
Refunds will NOT be issued for any custom purchases. "Choose your own color" combinations are considered custom products.
