ORDERING
Place your order via our secure shopping cart.
When placing your order on-line payment must be submitted via PayPal.
Since all our items are handmade orders are shipped
within 14 business days of receipt of payment.
However, most do ship much sooner than this;
if you need your items by a certain date please contact us first
and we will be happy to quote you a ship date prior to placing your order.
BACK-ORDERED AND/OR OUT OF STOCK ITEMS
If a particular ribbon is out of stock we will issue a refund for that item.
SHIPPING
We offer shipping using USPS and UPS.
Please be sure the address you provide us for shipping matches the address
on your Paypal account. It is the Paypal address that is used for shipping.
RETURNS
We want you to be happy with your purchase.
We do not offer refunds unless products are grossly misrepresented.
Please contact us within 3 days of receiving your purchase if there is a problem.
